A volunteer project for a great cause – you won’t believe the “before” and “after” pictures! I read an online article about the good work being done by the volunteer organization People and Cats together (PACT) down in Redondo Beach, Ca. When I visited their website I immediately thought, “hey, maybe there’s something I can do to help this great organization out.” I contacted the organization’s founder and offered up my web development services. In addition to updating the overall look of the website, I added a custom post-type so the organization could manage the profiles of their newly recused cats right on their website without having to rely on a third party service like Petfinder.com.
