Rich Glass Studio already had a WordPress website with e-commerce set up when they met with me. The website looked pretty good (especially considering its age) but the e-commerce functionality was not working properly and the theme needed to be re-purchased in order to get it updated. I recommended switching to a theme that was more modern and that I was sure would work seamlessly with WooCommerce. I backed-up the entire website, made the switch to a new theme, made some tweaks to the theme, confirmed that WooCommerce could be updated, and added new shipping classes for their products.
The switch to the new theme fixed the issues with the WooCommerce functionality and the client walked away with a website that they could once again manage and maintain.
